【TSUNAHIKI】Check out the lifted rubber sole on these

Make an impact with the lifted rubber sole on the new TSUNAHIKI, it has a design based on tug-of-war shoes!

This item has a design based on the TSUNAHIKI 82 sold in 1982, a shoe made especially for tug of war competitions. In 1981 the first all-Japan tug of war competition was held, so this shoe was at the forefront of the industry.

The TSUNAHIKI is made with a raised, wrapped-up outersole, designed to give your feet more grip, along with other great little details, like a wide base, piping around the mouth of the shoe, and metal rings on the shoelace eyelets.
Also, it has Ortholite inside for better cushioning, so they’re sure to be very comfortable as well.

There are five colors available, including the original model’s orange with white Onitsuka Tiger stripe.

The raised rubber sole is a great design feature, which gives it a sporty, retro feel.

The TSUNAHIKI is here to breathe fresh life into the typical old sneaker look, so come check out this new style of sneaker.
